The Company will collate your personal data in its database for direct marketing and recruitment purposes (i.e. in the news and vacancies sections respectively), collating the information with third parties, ensuring the compatibility of data processing and storage to the requirements of European Union and national laws and regulations, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. | |||
Why do we collect this data? | We want to contact you in urgent cases; for example, to inform you about the possibility to visit specialist in the event of a change in their schedule and in other situations, in connection with your appointment, changes to it or the services provided to you. | Based on this data, a beauty care specialist will perform the corresponding treatment on the client, take care of the client's safety and state of health. How can you ask for information about data at the disposal of the Latvian-German joint enterprise REHO? | To receive information about your personal data stored by us, you must present a personal identification document: a passport or ID card. How to delete, restrict the processing of your personal data or correct data? | You can ask for your personal data to be corrected/changed and its processing to be restricted, by writing to the following e-mail address: data@kolonna.com . In the event that data processing is restricted or data is deleted and the Company cannot use the data for the purposes of seeking candidates to fill job vacancies, your information as a job seeker and interested person will not be considered for this vacancy due to a lack of available information. | You can ask for your personal data to be corrected/changed and its processing to be restricted, by writing to the following e-mail address: data@kolonna.com .
